SERVICES

Every appointment starts with either a wig or medical consultation, or both. We offer in-person and virtual consultations.

CUSTOM WIGS & HAIRPIECES

All of our wigs and hair pieces are made custom to you. We never use color rings or generic stock. Your wig is made to your measurements, and hand colored using specific photo references.

NON SURGICAL HAIR REPLACEMENT

Non-surgical hair replacement involves a custom made hairpiece or system which is attached with medical grade adhesive, or integrated with the clients own hair, over a specific area of loss.

HAIR ANALYSIS & LAB TESTING

While microscopic hair analysis is part of every consultation, we offer additional services to pin point causes of hair loss and potential alternatives toward natural restoration.

 FAQs

Alopecia is the medical term for Hair Loss. There are several different types of hair loss as well as different contributing factors that can cause hair loss. Here are some of the most common.

HAIRLOSS 101

Androgenic Alopecia

The most common form of hair loss, affecting over 50 million men and 30 million women every year. Much like the name sounds it is genetic, and is also know as male pattern baldness and female pattern baldness. The first sign of female hair loss is the widening of the hair part on the top of the head also known as the “Christmas tree” effect. For women this commonly occurs on the top of the scalp, temples, and sides. This pattern is usually the first sign of a woman who is suffering female pattern hair loss due to the conversion of the hormone Dihydrotestosterone (DHT). DHT is hormone known to constrict the blood flow to hair, causing hair shafts to miniaturize, follicles to dry, and hair will eventually stop growing. DHT also causes inflammation in the scalp causing a tenderness and itchiness.

Alopecia Areata
